Japanese restaurant offering Japanese gastronomy in Dijon.
In the Japanese Palace everything is correct, if not good, but gourmets will be disappointed by the lack of know-how in the kitchen. It's not for nothing if in Japan, 10 years are required to become master sushi… The staff is very friendly, without being particularly warm. On the other hand, it is appreciated that the map is particularly extensive, and the makis recipes are very varied. For those who are not fans of raw fish, some Chinese specialities like skipped noodles are welcome. Otherwise you can try the assortiments of tempura, légumes doughnuts or very light dough. On side, the decoration in bright tones is relaxing and pleasant. We come out of this restaurant a little disappointed not to have found the finesse and refinement of Japanese gastronomy. But one Sunday night of famine, we won't bouderons the Nippon Palace.
