Located right next to the Rue de la Liberté, Sushi Shop is a design establishment offering fast, good and esthetic Japanese cuisine. Sushi, makis, spring rolls, california california, rolls, rolls, rolls, sashimis and chirashis presented in lunch box for one or more people (up to 58 possible pieces per box) or unit. In addition: vinaigré rice, miso soup, edamames (soy beans), salads… For you, we have tasted the plateau with salmon sushi, the rolls-avocat salmon-lawyer and the rolls saumon. No disappointment on that side, it's good, just dosage properly, and very well seasoned. On the side of miso soup with algae and tofu, here too we were not disappointed. The real surprise is that delicious dessert is the cool mochi that comes very fresh. A preparation of glutinous rice topped with green tea, but you can also choose to have coconut or mango. It's delicious and perfect at the end of the meal. The fox recommends!

Portions légères pour le prix (15,90€ le ramen...), onigiri minuscule.
Porte des toilettes coulissante ne se ferme pas toute seule, laissant la table proche sujette aux odeurs et au froid.
Service debout à la queue. J'ai eu le temps de finir mes plats le temps que ceux de mes amis arrivent. Le goût était honnête toutefois.
Expérience plus que légère pour un sushi shop... possible que je boude la franchise à l'avenir.
