Japanese cuisine at a reasonable price prepared by chef Masami Akaogi.
Ask the sushi and other Japanese specialties lovers: Masami is undoubtedly the best Japanese restaurant in Dijon. Its chef, Masami Akaogi, proposes his best creations. The Unadon menu is a nice start with its caramelized eel. The discovery menu is composed of the original chawanmushis (egg flan) with scallops and monkfish cheek. No doubt about the origin of the flavors, but the chef also tries to add a French touch to his cooking with a filet of Charolais beef and foie gras. A treat!

Concernant les sushis, j'ai moins aimé le faire qu'il y ait du wasabi a l'intérieur de chacun. Gros point négatif a mon goût.
Pour le dessert, il fut bon mais rien d'extraordinaire.
