Japanese cuisine at a reasonable price prepared by chef Masami Akaogi.

Ask the sushi and other Japanese specialties lovers: Masami is undoubtedly the best Japanese restaurant in Dijon. Its chef, Masami Akaogi, proposes his best creations. The Unadon menu is a nice start with its caramelized eel. The discovery menu is composed of the original chawanmushis (egg flan) with scallops and monkfish cheek. No doubt about the origin of the flavors, but the chef also tries to add a French touch to his cooking with a filet of Charolais beef and foie gras. A treat!

Un gastronomique japonais ! Certainement le restaurant japonais de Dijon où la cuisine est la plus raffinée et variée. Délicieux sushis et autres spécialités japonaises sont à découverie dans ce petit restaurant à la décoration très zen. Possibilité de plats à emporter. Le prix est un peu plus élevé que la moyenne mais la qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous !

The best Japanese restaurant in the region! Absolute freshness, very friendly, quality and reasonable prices. Traditional Japanese cuisine is delicious. I have gone for more than 2 years regularly, I never disappointed.
