traditional Japanese cuisine in a restaurant in Dijon
Past the inner courtyard, we arrive in a room with soft lights, with dark tables that host some fifty covered. At the bottom of the restaurant are two small spaces perfect for groups, where one sits on cushions, the table being dug in the ground, in the pure tradition of Japanese restaurants. On the menu, classic dishes (sushi, makis, sashimis, temakis and skewers) or more original. You can choose from a few makis to the Japanese radish or sushi to the eel, in the entrance, and then opt for the Japanese fondue for seafood. A culinary experience to try in love, the fondues are served for at least 2 people. Vegetables and fish are incredibly fresh, the rice cooked perfectly! But the map does not suggest Japanese dishes: You can taste Cantonese dishes such as steamed ravioli, meat and fish in miso sauce, noodles… There are also some Thai specialities, seasoned with red curry, basil or the tangy sauce. The service is very courteous and fast. If you are looking for a good Japanese restaurant in Dijon, visit here!
