To taste one of the best Japanese cuisine in Dijon.
It is murmur in Dijon that this restaurant is one of the top three Japanese in the city. The Renard went to check for you if the hallways are confirmed in the plate. At first glance, the restaurant is small, with only a few tables. The decoration is sober, without any excesses or folklore. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the map side, we have tasted a miso soup, which is by far the best we have tasted among all the similar restaurants of the city up to now. Vegetable and pork noodles are excellent and served in more than substantial quantities. On the makis side, nothing to say, they taste, salmon and avocado are fresh, no doubt. Don't miss the "Daifuku" in dessert, it's a real delight that you don't get tired of! It's sweet, fine and gourmand at a time, you can only see that the chef mastered his recipe. Renard also recommends its brand new address: Jianlong Wang opened an Izakaya at the end of July to the cool decor, pro and delicious plates!

Tarifs corrects.
