Restaurant with a warm atmosphere offering good traditional Italian pizzas in Dijon.
The Palazzio is the Italian restaurant where you can enjoy seafood, pasta, bruschettas, antipastis and salads… And of course, pizzas. Their dough is deliciously cool and made with organic flour, while tomato sauce is performed daily in cooking. As for vegetables that often serve topping, they are also fresh and marinated in a secret preparation by the chef. The charcuterie comes exclusively from Italy and Spain and the potatoes Charlotte were chosen for their firm flesh. In other words, the pizzas are good, even very good. Try the classics Seafood (tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, persillade, seafood cocktail), Savoyard (tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, bacon, potatoes, white wine) or Salmon (tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, smoked salmon, lemon, fresh cream), you lècherez your lips. You can also opt for traditional Italian such as Sicilian (dried tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, spianata, basilica, Parmesan chips) or Palermo (tomatoes, mozzarella, spianata, aubergines, Parmesan chips). The atmosphere is warm, friendly service and hearty portions. The tiramisu house is excellent, as is the cotta ou or ice cuts. Also note that the house offers you to order and take your pizzas to take advantage of it. A good idea!
