Restaurant like a flammekueches bar, presenting a la carte flambé pies with classic and original recipes
After Paris, Nantes, Lyon and Besançon, L'Alsacien, run by Valentin and Lucie, opened in Dijon two years ago. Here, don't expect to find sauerkraut or other Alsatian specialties, as only one is in the spotlight. In fact, the restaurant's original concept defines itself as a flammekueches bar. There's a great choice of tartes flambées to share, from classic to original recipes such as the very tasty flammeküeche with munster cheese. You can also enjoy the Traditionnelle, generous and creamy to perfection, or the Gratinée for a touch of cheese.
