One of the oldest hotels in Dijon and a refined table.
The slogan of the restaurant of the Guillaume door carries its name «gastronomy at a soft price»: indeed, the variety of the proposed card did not influence prices. Present on the square for more than 150 years, enjoying an enviable situation, overlooking Darcy Square, the chef does not hesitate to propose both traditional Burgundian recipes and to engage in more creative proposals. All dishes are made on site from raw products and by large professionals only. Here you can't start your meal without melting for one of the many gastronomic entries like the fatty liver of home duck and its fig chutney. Flavours that go so well together! As far as the dish is concerned, you choose fish (according to batch) or meat, and several proposals are available to you. We strongly recommend the tournedos of Scottish salmon to the juice of sausage accompanied by vegetables with olive oil. Think of the local Dishes menu if you want to eat exclusively Burgundian. And for dessert, the classics are unforgettable, especially with the miroir mirror. The restaurant is also a cellar, and you will be offered wine tastings carefully selected. Nice place.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés aux petites heures du matin, la porte était fermée (très bien) et la personne chargée de l'enregistrement n'était pas à la réception (très bien), mais nous avons frappé pendant cinq bonnes minutes avant qu'elle n'apparaisse avec des écouteurs sur les oreilles. Il faisait très froid et nous étions fatigués. Vous annoncez un enregistrement 24 heures sur 24 mais ce n'était pas suffisant. Vous annoncez également un parking local mais vous n'expliquez pas à quel point il est difficile de trouver l'hôtel ou que le parking est tout à fait séparé de l'hôtel.
