At the helm and in the kitchen, Lucie Tardieu and Melody Bourdier concoct generous, healthy dishes, with a strong focus on aromatic plants. Most of the produce is organically and locally grown, reconciling us with the vegetables of the earth, as in the sweet velouté of parsnip and cauliflower with pink berries. Clever combinations of edible flowers and herbs of all kinds make for appetizing, colorful dishes. On-site wellness center.

Expérience gustative réjouissante. Les saveurs étaient à la fois délicates et audacieuses, avec une belle utilisation des épices et des herbes fraîches. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel à la fois attentif et discret. La décoration apaisante et les choix végétariens font de ce restaurant un lieu incontournable pour les amoureux de la cuisine végétale.

Excellente cuisine végétarienne (option vegan), avec des assaisonnements justes et des goûts prononcés, le tout à un prix super honnête, 17 euros EPD. Vaut le détour. Belle créativité aussi des cheffes avec un changement quotidien du menu ????
