Vegetarian restaurant offering 100% vegetarian cuisine in a warm and intimate atmosphere in Dijon.

Shanti in Sanskrit means peace. A perfect name for this hotel, which caters for Zen attitudes, relaxation and healthy food. With three different rooms, Le Shanti is a vegetarian restaurant but also a fruit juice bar and a tea salon. A cellar is at the disposal of guests for meeting and exchange evenings around the theme of spirituality, body and mind. Here, the atmosphere is warm and intimate with colourful decoration, soft carpets and many cushions. All around us, objects brought back from travel, postcards, vivid colours and a sweet scent of fruity incense. The Shanti offers a 100% vegetarian kitchen made mainly from organic products. On the map you will find soups, falafels, burgers and of course desserts for greedy vegetarians. Surprise yourself with the vegans chocolate cupcakes, raspberry and many other sweet flavours. Accompany all of a organic fruit and vegetable juice or a lassi, a refreshing Indian beverage. Many culinary surprises from here and elsewhere await you. Also take a look at the cultural appointments program on meditation, yoga, philosophy. All the info is to find on the blog leshanti. unblog. fr
