quality dishes based on fresh produce in a Middle Ages context
To discover the establishment, do not hesitate to enter the beautiful th century courtyard. The medieval setting is superb, just like inside the restaurant. The half-stairs at the entrance have been preserved, like wooden beams on the ceiling, the walls of apparent stone… Everything is Magnificent. We sit in the room and discover with surprise the view on the grill. Throughout our meal, we can watch the chef cut and cook his pieces of meat in the chimney. An extraordinary spectacle that also recalls the large medieval banquets in which the meat was roasted directly in the fireplace. Choose from the à la carte menu and choose meat, skewers, grilled fish and tartars. The proposals are numerous and of very high quality. The midi formulas are completely not overlooked with a bowl of lentils with a thick fatty liver topped with fatty liver cream, but also of a of beef to perfect cooking, accompanied by a risotto with mushrooms. Each dish can be accompanied by a potato, potatoes cooked under ash, risotto, fries or vegetables of the day. Everything is home with fresh products. An excellent address that places Burgundy in honour, especially for its wines whose proposed map is a veritable vintage directory.
