On the menu, a healthy meal made with extra fresh, seasonal and market products. Specialty based on marinated raw fish, the poké bowl is served here according to your desires. You can choose the base (vinegared rice, quinoa...), the fish (salmon, tuna...), the marinade (soy, coriander, balsamic...), the fruits and vegetables (mango, pomegranate, cucumber, avocado...) and the seasoning (sesame seeds, fresh herbs...). Le Honolulu est très savoureux, parfait mélange de fraîcheur et gourmandise. Le saumon était frais, rien à signaler.
Les desserts étaient aussi très bons et le service impeccable. Allez y les yeux fermés !
