B as in Burgui is a trendy gourmet food truck that takes care of your taste buds. At the helm, Jean and Guerric, two former finance technicians who have been converted into itinerant gastronomes. Their cooking, let's talk about it! To stick to the region, of course they use local products: Charolais beef, Burgundy farm chicken, shiny Savarin, epoisses, vegetables from Labergement-lès-Auxonne... in recipes common to street food.
