LIFE KITCHEN
Restaurant offering Asian-inspired dishes on campus in Dijon.
Food-trucks have a great life and multiply in all the cities of France. This is valuable and allows students and workers to alternate meal types at a reasonable cost. In Dijon, food trucks are inventive and qualitative. Life Kitchen opted for an original concept: the Japanese bento. Asian-inspired dishes are served in the form of compound trays. One tray is equivalent to a whole meal. Thus, according to the chef's mood, you find a Japanese omelet, makis, légumes chicken chicken, celery sauce soy and sesame, potato chunks… Perfect for a balanced lunch. As a dessert, Life Kitchen offers its delicious "melon", which has been successful. These small Japanese brioches are worth a detour. Manga-T, the dijonnais tea salon, puts them on the table on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Life Kitchen is to be found at Afternoons campus at Athénéum. As follows: It is possible to order the bentos for meetings, seminars or lunch among friends.
