It has been three years since food trucks arrived on campus. Created and managed by the Crous, the Crous'ty Truck completes the gastronomic offer for students. Every lunchtime, he serves meals on the Erasmus esplanade, just next to the university library. Everything is made in-house, in front of the customers' eyes, with fresh products. The menus are varied and benefit from a well thought-out price/quality ratio. Between convict pans, salads, hamburgers, fresh french fries, poultry Crousty, muffins and others, the choice is not very varied, but effective. Of course, if students are the first customers of Crous'ty Truck, it is nevertheless open to all.
