Authentic restaurant with mini-terrace offering home-made tea services in Dijon.
A tea room, restaurant and shop selling traditional Chinese handicrafts, San Tao is a refined and delicate address opened five years ago in Dijon. The authentic tea house used to be located opposite the hostellerie du Chapeau Rouge and for the past three years has changed address to an alley perpendicular to the rue du Bourg, the commercial axis of the city centre. Between wooded sobriety and aestheticism, you can sit at one of the two tables on the mini-terrace or inside, to enjoy a delicious jasmine green tea, a flower cake - the Chinese mille-fleurs -, or have lunch at any time of the day with beef and celery, lamb and leek ravioli or seafood and chives cooked on the spot and the same day by the manager Fangxi. The lunch formula is served with a free infusion of jelly. Those looking for a gift idea will be charmed by the enamel jewellery which will catch the eye at the entrance and will surely please. A beautiful boutique area to discover between the handmade tea services and the silky, colourful and patterned kimonos.

L’Oolong pêche s’est très bien marié avec les mochis et daifukus aux parfums originaux.
Je suis reparti avec une galette de pu erh aux écorces de mandarine que j’ai hâte de déguster.
