Restaurant offering a cuisine made from fresh products in Dijon.
Located at the entrance to the business district and within walking distance of the judicial city, the Noti is the ideal place to enjoy a coffee at the counter while admiring the day's press. The contemporary decoration in the interior continues to the terrace of the hotel, which has the advantage of being sheltered. The Noti has a clientele of visitors, be it businessmen or young people who study music at the conservatory right across the way. In kitchen: the trend and fun in the mouth. The master of the premises, Hacene Djeddi Tavares, offers a kitchen prepared from fresh and seasonal products. An express menu allows you to eat fine dishes on the thumb. For those who have time, make your choice among the plates on the map. All tastes are in the recipes of Du, from fish to crustaceans through meat, the offer is wide. The dishes are modern in the light of skewers au sesame au, du magret, duck magret, ou, and salmon pad in lard cream. To discover regional flavours, orient yourself to the supreme chicken in crust cassis mustard crust. The desserts are tasty and original. The roasted banana with brown sugar and its foam foam delight the gourmands.
