AU BOIS TORDU
Restaurant offering classic Burgundian dishes with good value for money.
For the old, comfortable and comfortable guinguettes, this restaurant is for you. With the appearance of an ancient house (doors and windows in real wood, white curtains in lace, apparent stones on the walls), it is not the canteen. That is the guts above us. In fact, the chef prepares classics of Burgundy which have character and taste in a simple and authentic environment. It suggests you to taste its veined ham from Burgundy, to its cassolette of garlic cream, to its aiguillettes from goose to whisky, to its filet filet in crémant or to its superb fricassee of Saint James to chives. And the value for money is unbeatable. On the weekend, take a relaxing and tasty break with the lunch menu which offers you a fresh goat salad, raw ham and a white cheese tartar. As far as the dish is concerned, choose the fish of the moment or for the Provencal gambas. Everything comes from the market and that's why the menu is likely to change often depending on the output. A restaurant that is unpretentious but excellent.
