A brasserie in the heart of the new Dijonnais business district. The managers, Mr Parmentier and Mr Guyon, are not in their test because they are already owners of the restaurant L'Atelier à Ahuy. Here, they opted for a different atmosphere. The decoration inspired the 1920 s: Padded benches, stylized lamps, bar stools, mirrors and woodwork. Very chic! In the sunny days, a quiet and pleasant terrace, bathed in sun, awaits you. Here is the ideal place to invite your customers or friends to work colleagues. Spaces have been designed to separate tables and create a more confidential atmosphere. Clever! The 100%-house map changes according to the seasons, while offering «classics», which you don't get tired of. Little hunger? You can enjoy a local salad or a very fresh salmon tartar. Hungry? We recommend candied lamb mouse mouse with lemon and rosemary or a piece of beef with homemade béarnaise sauce, accompanied by fresh fries. On the side of desserts: idem. Light, like the fresh fruit salad or the most abundant fruit salad. We cracked for Profiteroles sauce. We did not regret!

J’y suis retourné le lendemain et j’ai apprécié la reconnaissance faite par l’ensemble des équipes. Petit dijo offert pour finir.
Moi je valide. Je suis de passage. J’étais à la clinique maternité de Valmy Dijon et ils m’ont apporté un raton de soleil sur ces 3 jours.
Bravo aux équipes.
Et spéciale dédicace pour le chef car son gratin d’andouillette c’est juste une tuerie!!!
