The Vapeur canteen, previously reserved for artists, is now open to the public with its brasserie Les Cornichons! Aurore, Simon and their team from La Cuisine Flottante welcome you every lunchtime from Monday to Friday, offering local, seasonal, home-cooked cuisine. There's a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts. Vegetarians or meat eaters, you'll be delighted. We loved the squash gnocchi, roasted seasonal vegetables and langres sauce. Just like at the canteen, you can share your table with your neighbor in a friendly atmosphere.
