Dishes based on seasonal products by the chef Laurent Klisz in a restaurant with terrace.
Once again, we recommend this very good restaurant with a very stylish Parisian bistro. The magnificent glass roof overlooking the Place de la République is a delight in winter and the terrace is more than pleasant in summer. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and playful with a collection of ancient dijonnaises posters, inside, generously loaned by two researchers enthusiasts. And the food is not. Chef Laurent Klisz offers a card adapted to seasonal products, which changes every two months. A menu of 27 € is available to spoil you. You can choose between two starters, two dishes and two desserts. Among these proposals, the Burgundian inspiration is in good place, including eggs poached to the refined cheese. With regard to the dish, we strongly recommend the camembert camembert and mushrooms with its short juice which is worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Even children are entitled to the best with, among other things, charolais chopped steak in the menu dedicated to them. If you want to choose your dish à la carte, choose either fish or meat. On the fish side it depends on the catch because it is very fresh! As regards meat plates: tender, classical charolais beef tartar or parmigiano version, bistro hamburger, andouillette… The chef is you! The desserts are also worthy of a large restaurant such as the demolished abundance with strawberries, a delight! A very good address.
