Café, bar and brasserie with terrace offering home cooking at a good price.
Le Déclic, run by Mickaël Olanda and his wife, is an essential address in the heart of Dijon. The chef offers a homemade kitchen and a pedestrianised, bright and wooded Cordeliers square. At the same time coffee, bar and brewery, Le Déclic is adapted to all times of the day. At lunchtime, the chef prepares traditional dishes of the day with seasonal products. As for the menu, it offers great brewery classics that you can't get enough of: tartars, burgers, omelettes, carpaccios, fresh mixed salads, terrines, Landes salads and homemade foie gras. It's well done, copious with a good price-quality ratio if you want to make it your canteen. The little extras: a full breakfast in the morning and croissants offered with the hot drink... And the terrace installed on the square at the arrival of the sunny days... a delight!
