An institution for all Dijon residents with good taste, a delicious menu and a real atmosphere!

The restaurant Le Central welcomes you, halfway between a retro bistro atmosphere and a gastronomic restaurant. Concocted by the chef Ralf Mestre and his brigade, the dishes are up to our expectations and respect the bistronomic spirit. Braised calf's sweetbreads with Noilly-Prat and chanterelles, sole meunière, or supreme of free-range chicken remind us of the warmth of Sunday meals. The traditional "dessert trolley" sounds like an unmissable ritual, while it is difficult to resist the folklore of the crêpe Suzette flambéed in front of us.

Service très rapide et efficace. Personnel agréable et attentif. Les plats sont originaux et goûteux. Comme d'habitude, nous revenons avec plaisir.

Très bien comme d'habitude : bonne cuisine, personnel très agréable. Le chariot de dessert est beaucoup plus varié avec des verrines, des tartelettes, etc, c'est vraiment une bonne idée de l'avoir modifié !

A notre arrivée, personne n'est présent pour prendre les vestiaires, idem à notre départ, nous devons nous débrouiller nous-mêmes. Nous avons pris le chariot de dessert, certaines pâtisseries manquaeint de fraicheur. cette expérience ne nous donne pas envie de retourner pas au Central.
