Pierre and Estelle Molin are the new owners of Maison Philippe le Bon. Their restaurant, La Closerie, has established itself as an essential bistronomic address. Head chef Anthony Denis offers a creative and tasty menu, with a particular emphasis on local and organic produce. The breaded veal sweetbread with eggplant is succulent (even better accompanied by wines from Maison Camille Giroud), and the strawberry, rhubarb and vanilla deconstructed flan is a success. On sunny days, the shady terrace is the perfect place to relax.
