A "vinostronomic" restaurant, where the three-starred chef offers a unique meal based on food and wine pairings.
When the climats of Burgundy were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it would have been difficult to do without a restaurant in their honor. This "vinostronomic" establishment is under the culinary direction of Eric Pras, three-starred chef of the Maison Lameloise and MOF 2004. La Table des Climats offers a unique meal under the sign of the food-wine concordance. The young chef Kévin Julien is in charge of associating the most remarkable wines of Burgundy with revisited local recipes. A wine list with more than 800 references in the wine library and terrace.
