Just a stone's throw from Place Émile Zola, this restaurant is one of our favorite addresses. A pretty bluish front and a top-notch welcome from Muriel and Julien. The unique menu is both tasty and original, featuring forgotten vegetables and quality meats. Whether it's a balloon of snails and fresh mushrooms, catch of the day and lime marinade or 7-hour chuck confit, the chef excels here! Desserts are just as colorful and delicious. Plus: all dishes are prepared with fresh produce, and the restaurant offers vegetarian alternatives. The plates are beautiful! Make a reservation! It's almost always fully booked!

Ré-interprétation du jambon persillé assez réussie, mais très éloignée du plat original pour ceux qui l'apprécient. Point positif, dans le caveau il y a beaucoup d'espace, ce n'est pas le cas dans la petite salle du haut où on est empilés comme des sardines dans une boite.
