Restaurant with a courteous welcome offering a unique 3-course menu in Dijon.

Spica is a gustatory address like few others. At the time of social networks and the "m'as-tu vu", the restaurant stands out: a discreet front, a decoration in the making, a disproportionately large space compared to the number of tables... and yet you feel very well. They welcome you with courtesy, they recognize you, they pay attention to you and it warms your heart. On the slate, a unique 3-course menu (lunch and dinner) mastered with brio by the chef Takaya Uchida. In the center of the plate, the vegetables are just crunchy, the cold turnip soup is smooth and airy, the quasi of veal is melting and tasty and the seasoning is impeccable. We warmly recommend it!

Un menu fixe à un prix raisonnable, parfaitement exécuté. Ce serait bien d'avoir plus d'options, mais je recommanderais d'y passer une soirée en amoureux. Ambiance très paisible et calme, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas de nos jours.

Dîner au SPICA le 13 octobre 2023 en soirée avec mon épouse. Très créatif et innovant dans les saveurs des plats. Nous avons été ravis et surpris par le goût fantastique de chaque plat. La carte des vins était complète et les prix raisonnables. Excellent travail ! Continuez comme ça.

Pour célébrer mon anniversaire, je voulais essayer le restaurant bistronimique Spica, il vaut mieux réserver sa table. Le changement de menu m'a été adressée directement par SMS pour être sûr que le menu unique proposé plaise à toute la table et qu'il n'y avait pas d'allergie alimentaire. Le personnel prend son temps pour servir et débarrasser, ce qui nous laisse le temps d'apprécier chaque met. Un plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles, on ne ressort pas affamé. Ils m'ont fait la surprise de mettre une bougie sur la part de mon gâteau, l'attention était touchante. Merci au chef et à son personnel pour avoir rendu cette journée mémorable !
