A kitchen full of finesse.
Carine and Julien Burdin welcome you to their restaurant which opened in August 2020. On the terrace or in the beautiful vaulted room with exposed stones, it is a real invitation to culinary pleasure. Seasonal products compose the dishes without neglecting the aesthetic aspect to sublimate the flavors. Chicken supreme in yellow wine sauce or rump steak of Charolais beef, we are pleasantly surprised by the accompaniments: celeriac purée, honey-glazed carrot, gnocchi and spinach. As for the wines, we find the best of our regions.

특히 서버분이 정말 친절하셨고, 주방장도 식사끝나니 친절하게 담화나눠주셨어요.
본식과 요리1개를 곁들일 수 있습니다.
오늘의 생선과 소스를 곁들인 양파요리는 정말 감동적이었어요.
서로인 스테이크와 뇨끼의 조합도 너무 좋았어요.
글라스와인도 좋으니 추천받아서 꼭 곁들이세요~
저는 낮에 음식을 너무 많이먹어서 전식과 디저트를 못 먹어서 너무 아쉽습니다 ????
Un parfait assemblage et des saveurs à couper le souffle ! Sans oublier une carte des vins préparée sur mesure avec un rapport qualité prix rarissime.
Nous avons opté pour un Rully blanc de chez Ponsot vraiment parfait. Ne cherchez plus ailleurs le meilleur restaurant de Dijon et réservez sans plus attendre une table, vous ne serez pas déçu.
