The adventure of this great professional never ceases to meet with success. Stéphanie Sempol, at the head of a company that also offers catering and cookery courses, has since set up her own restaurant and tearoom, Chez Toque! Preceding her reputation by getting us used to good food and the short circuit. Once again, we're not disappointed! With a seasonal menu, fresh produce and homemade dishes, the recipe continues to work. Between the beautiful smoked trout on blinis, the lovely vegetable lasagne and the delicious Breton sablé with pistachio cream and orange blossom mousse, we couldn't agree more. Chez Toque also creates special menus according to the season (Valentine's Day...).
