Depending on the weather, you can enjoy either the sunny terrace or the warm, cosy interior of the restaurant. On the plate, however, nothing changes: traditional dishes, 100% homemade and prepared with fresh ingredients. Our favorite: bœuf façon bourguignonne, pressé de boeuf, carottes pommes de terre sauce vin rouge! In short, you can come to L'Hémicycle just as much for a glass of wine and an aperitif as for dinner.

l'Hémicycle ,restaurant opens its doors to you in the heart of downtown Dijon. Ideally located at the foot of the fountains of the famous "Place de la Lib'", L'Hémicycle offers you a warm and trendy setting to enjoy traditional cuisine revisited.
Since the beginning of 2024, talented Michelin-starred chef Laurent peugeot (formerly of "le Charlemagne" in Pernand-Vergelesses) has been at the piano
An evolving and refined cuisine that will take you on a journey between Burgundy and Japan.
Exceptional dishes make their appearance: matured Simmental beef, roast cod Noisette....
We favor short circuits and all our products are home-made.
An incredible wine list for connoisseurs, and top-of-the-range gins, whiskeys and rums are also on offer.
Open 7 days a week: 10am to 10pm on weekdays and 10am to 11pm on weekends. In high season, we organize a variety of evening events (dj, wine tasting, etc.), and Sunday brunches are also coming up.
The restaurant can also be privatized for private or business events.
