Très bel appartement dans un quartier vivant du centre ville. Gros problème d'isolation : on peut entendre les passants dans la rue, les voisins du dessous, les voisins du dessus et les voisins dans la cage d'escalier...|Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable (matelas très fin et structure qui grince).|Un petut coup de peinture serait bienvenu.

Week end en famille dans l'appartement Cassis.|L'appartement est très sympa, et très bien situé, proche d'un parking, du centre. Nous avons eu la bonne surprise de découvrir une place animée juste au pied de l'immeuble, pleine de bars et restaurants.|L'appartement est vraiment super bien placé et bien aménagé : lave vaisselle et lave linge :-)|
