Located in a quiet area of the Burgundian capital, close to the historic city centre, the stay will be radiant! The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility: large living room with integrated kitchen and dining area. One bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200 that can be combined into a bed 160. Bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Upstairs: an open bedroom with a bed 160 and access to a beautiful terrace. Dressing room and shower room with w.c. Outside suitable for relaxation: 2 wooden terraces and private swimming pool of 5.5 x 2 m, open from March to October depending on the weather, with synthetic grass surrounds. The pool is heated and has a counter-current swimming system. It is secured by an automatic curtain. Outdoor shower and independent toilets in the technical room. Parking in front of the gîte. Rental of electric bicycles.
