Nous n’avions pas de parking en arrivant à 22h00, aucune info sur le site pour le parking, nous avons du aller chercher une place en centre ville. Pour le dîner malgré une réservation, le personnel a voulu nous installer au fond de la salle, pas chaleureux du tout, le personnel arrive à notre table avec des produits non commandés !

Séjour d'une nuit en route vers les Alpes. Tout le personnel (en particulier Louise à la réception le jour de notre arrivée) très poli et incroyablement serviable. Chambre propre et confortable. Emplacement parfait.

Bonjour Très bon accueil Bonne literie personnel très jeune mais professionnel .|Bonne Ambiance .Personnel à l'écoute des clients. Service très rapide en salle et très bien organisé. Je recommande cet hôtel restaurant qui est très bien placé à Dijon au centre ville.Super déco !!

Avis sur le service au restaurant..|La jeune femme nous a servi le vin en mettant des gouttes partout sur la table..évidemment elle n'a pas essayé...|Nous avons dû demander la prise de notre commande de plats après 45 minutes d attente...alors que le restaurant était loin d être plein...|Au moment du kf...du sucre...mais pas de petite cuillère..|Bref le service est nul...d autant que la jeune femme était limite agreable...elle devrait changer de métier.Nous n y retournerons pas.
