LA GOBELETERIE
The Halles district has a newcomer in the shape of La Gobeleterie, on the corner of Rue Bannelier and Rue Quentin. Since summer 2022, owner Tristan Simon, a cocktail specialist, has been offering some twenty unique and original recipes worthy of shaker aficionados. And there's something for every taste: the fresh Loa Mota, mixing rum and fruit; the powerful White Trash Fashioned with bacon-infused whisky; and the chauvinistic Bourgogne Sour made with white Marc de Bourgogne. With aperitifs, non-alcoholic variations and the possibility of making classic cocktails on request, the world of mixology will soon hold no secrets for you!
