This new food-truck that has appeared in the heart of Valmy Park, the dijonnais business district, is actually what one could define as a «juice juice». The mobile workshop of this new brand offers a range of highly concentrated fruit and vegetable juices. Cold extraction is carried out on site with seasonal ingredients, most often from local production. The 5 juices offered each have their own objective: détox, conditioner, toning and even… immunizing. A juice changes regularly. To eat in So Juice, you must go to the Valmy Park directly at the mobile shop, or order and get delivered to your place of work, only at Valmy Park. Carriers are equipped with electric bikes.
