Problem with AC/ plumbing/hammam/amenities in the room
No water running at some point / no water pressure / no temperature setting in the shower / noisy / poor isolation / no dedicated electrical outlet for kettle /.
Bad and slow room service
no communication among the staff as 70% of issues were reported on my 2nd day out of 5
No commercial gesture despite very poor experience
