Unveiled in 2019 at the Dijon International Gastronomic Fair, the 100% Côte-d'Or brand, which recognises local know-how, is finally official. The first product to receive the label is Côte-d'Or bread, shaped like a C, which can be enjoyed with Côte-d'Or, a delicious soft cheese similar to Soumaintrain.
