Since 2020, chef Florent Colombo, based at Les Halles de Dijon, has been offering gourmands a catering service. Sophie and Maud will be delighted to tell you all about their homemade pies and succulent parsley ham. In addition to pike quenelles, black pudding and blanquette, Côté Colombo offers a range of delicatessen products, from jams and honey to tea, oil and dried morels. The range of jars (cassoulet, parmentier...) is made from fresh seasonal produce, and almost everything is homemade.
