LA FABRIQUE DU PAIN D'ÉPICES MULOT & PETITJEAN
Often copied, never equaled, Mulot et Petitjean gingerbread is the Madeleine de Proust of Dijon. The house perpetuates the tradition of authentic gingerbread in all its forms. In a 450 m² thematic tour, the production process unfolds before our very eyes: we follow the stages of gingerbread making through the company's collection of machines and tools, and the testimonies of employees on a large screen.

Open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6:30pm. Audio guide in French, English and German. Last visit at 5:30 pm. Store. Adults: 8 euros; Children (12-17 years): 6 euros. Free for children under 12 years old. Groups on reservation from 10 people, 6 euros per person.
