As for the pastries, people come to discover the "flocon", the house specialty. Raspberry or tutti frutti version, covered with white chocolate, this mousseline on sponge cake is light and greedy. You can order a birthday or christening cake, personalised with a design of your choice. But the pains au chocolat and croissants are incomparable, so it's worth the trip, even on Sunday morning at dawn! It would be a shame to miss this place. And with your baguette you can have a chicken? The Regazzoni house has expanded its offer and also proposes delicious chicken on the spit in its rotisserie next door.
