Sébastien Hénon defines himself as a conjugator of flavours, a very poetic expression to describe the art in which he officiates. Chocolates, macaroons, shortbread, sweets are as colourful as they are delicious, attractive on the shelves, we don't know what to look at. The real stars of the shop are the chocolate bites. We love the dark chocolate bites, hazelnut praline, blackcurrant fruit paste, vanilla marzipan, dark chocolate coating, in retail or in boxes of 18 to 90 pieces to offer or to treat oneself. The pastel or tart macaroons come in a dozen flavours, which can also be taken individually, in a box or in a pyramid for special occasions. As far as sweets are concerned, spreads are to be discovered! From the classic with salted butter to the most original with blackcurrant, raspberry or vanilla, once the spoon is dipped in the pot, it will be difficult to stop. An undeniable know-how which opens in Dijon but also in another shop located in Plombière-lès-Dijon. If you feel like dipping your fingers in chocolate, the master offers creative workshops for teenagers and adults in solo and even duo, an idea to offer or to offer yourself!
