Romuald Ferrant, owner of the Refuge des Pirates and the American Way in Valmy, created the artisanal ice cream factory Duchesse des Glaces. The professionals and the customers are seduced, of numerous restaurants or still Passion Froid and Super U for the great distribution. This year Romuald has launched new flavors such as gingerbread ice cream, mascarpone, stracciatella ... The recipe for success? Talent and local products, with milk from the Labergement farm or strawberries grown in Saône-et-Loire. And Romuald's peach!
