Located near the central market of Dijon, the store of Julie and Franck Pourrier is well known in Dijon. Discover their quality pastries with or without gluten such as the Extase, raspberry mousse, fruity red fruits, thyme cookie or the delicious Croc Musette, dark chocolate mousse, praline crunch, dark chocolate cookie or the Papille au cassis!

Special mention is given to the Best Galette des Rois tasted so far. For chocolate lovers, there is a choice with a homemade praline ... You will have understood that "Made in Franck"!

At home, we have dozens of small transparent appetisers from Pourrier so we are the large gourmands! Of course, those are now empty, so let us go back regularly there we. The strawberry plant with its mousse pistachio delicious. The small St Valentin cake in the shape of a heart of all these layers of mango, chocolates... very beautiful and very good! On the price, very reasonable for the exceptional quality of the products. I have forgotten the marais mallows especially taste cassis which have nothing to do with vulgar shamallows. Always pleasant welcome, friendly and very good advice. For me, the best patisserie Dijon! I have it already water mouth only speak of it...

Not a lover of pastries, I must admit that I fissure every Sunday morning when I pass rue d'Auxonne. Small appetisers, a true delight. Do not hesitate to cross the door of this pretty shop, you can also welcomed with a smile. Good tasting!
