Since 1979 the Maison Chenu has been a reference in terms of quality. A guarantee of excellence that Julien Carrelet, who took over the butcher's shop in 2020, intends to keep. The Charolais meat comes from the region, as does the lamb. As for the poultry, it is the Bresse region that is in the limelight with a selection from the Maison Miéral.
