About sixty references from Burgundy and elsewhere, and wines from domains only. Hadika Simon, the store's manager, pampers her customers as much as the winegrowers she defends. In order to better support and promote the domains of her selection, Hadika organizes two monthly tastings in the presence of wine producers. This is a unique opportunity for each of them to come and comment and detail their cultivation and oenological methods as well as the specificities of the terroir they cherish so much. Each tasting is accompanied by a food and wine pairing concocted by Adelaide, the private chef of La Source des Vins. A good moment of sharing and conviviality.
