It has been 10 years since Claire and her brother Vincent took over the reins of this Dijon-based institution, famous for its Crème de Cassis 100% Noir de Bourgogne, top-of-the-range liqueurs and digestifs. A deserved success and a notoriety that transcends borders. If bartenders from all over the world are tearing up the 64 liqueurs of the family house, it's because their cocktails are only better! The range is astonishing: kumquat, pineapple, basil, tonka... For the curious or undecided, each reference can be ordered on the online shop. Je cherchais une crème de cassis de qualité, qui sois différente de ce que nous trouvons en supermarché. Je me suis fiée aux avis sur internet pour trouver une creme de cassis de Dijon et j'ai choisi la maison Briottet. J'ai commandé en ligne et j'ai reçu mon colis de crèmes (3 bouteilles). Tous les parfums sont exquis, cela n'a effectivement rien à voir avec ce que nous avons l'habitude de prendre à l'apéritif habituellement. On adore la mélanger a notre cidre pour en faire du "kir breton". Colis fait avec attention avec un mot personnalisé à l'intérieur et une moutarde en cadeau, le top, très plaisant à recevoir. Je viens de refaire une seconde commande pour des membres de ma famille et il y en aura d'autres vu le succès rencontré!!

Je recommande la fine de Bourgogne de ma maison Briottet, un produit de grande qualité, mais à boire avec modération naturellement ! Je viens d'en commander 3 bouteilles pour bénéficier du port gratuit. J'en offrirai 2 à des amis ;)
