L'ATELIER À CROC
I am small and crunchy, 100% natural, I contain 70% legumes, a pinch of salt and less than 10% fat, I am? Le Croc of course! the new gourmet delicacy made in France guaranteed without palm oil and other nasty preservatives. Designed by a team of young agro-students, this little biscuit is only intended to be a tasty and healthy alternative at the time of the aperitif. What is good for you (understand healthy) will be good for the planet (understand green). Thus the croc workshop located in the capital of the dukes, was born from a start-up that was awarded the gold medal at the Ecotrophélia competition for the creation of its biscuits. A combination of three flavours: herbes de Provence, curry and natural is now being developed. This young start-up is still in its early stages and there is no doubt that very soon we will find its products for sale in the best regional shops. In the meantime, we keep our eyes open and our taste buds alert!
