Rue bannelier, close to the Halles de Dijon, discover the beautiful cheese factory of Yann Lavigne. An authentic creamery, founded in 1930 by Yann's parents. Passionate, he selects for you the best products. From the region or elsewhere, the cheeses are matured on the spot, in vaulted cellars, located under the cheese dairy and visible from the shop. So much to say that the choice is great! Goat's cheese, Comté cheese by the slice or farm yoghurt from the region, but also delicatessen products pleasantly complete the stalls.
