This restaurant is ideally located to discover the region. Indeed, only a few meters away, you will particularly discover the splendid Château d’Epoisses. Auberge du Château in itself is worth the trip. For good reason, it is set in a former stone house, typical of the village. Inside, the wooden beams mix with the exposed stone walls. It is a true cordial inn where you will be happy to make a stop. The chef Dominique Simonneau makes it a point of honour to make you discover the specialty of the area: époisses. A cheese which perfectly blends with the local French cuisine, copious and tasty. However, the chef does not hesitate to create inventive recipes around this famous cheese to surprise you, like the Panna Cotta of époisses with frozen apricot. A true success! Here, everything is homemade, in the respect of a certain tradition. Between chicken supreme with morels, duck terrine, charolais beef paving stone and its sauce with foie gras, fresh salmon steak, cod loin... You will be spoilt for choice to benefit from a gourmet and delicious break.
